Instrumental components to our Current Operations department are 4 professional administrators, Cindy Unwin, Sue Smith, Pat Peticolas, and Annette Weiss.  The primary responsibility of this combined staff is to act as company liaisons between our clients and the real estate community.  Combined they coordinate over 10,000 showing appointments yearly.  When not attached to a phone, they routinely assist our agents and other staff members in tracking and producing various marketing projects and ensure the necessary day to day logistical items for business conduct are readily available.
