As the Marketing & Transaction Coordinator, Nicki provides vital assistance to agents during the various stages of a real estate transaction.  Highlighted by her natural creative abilities and organizational skills, she’s responsible for the production, coordination, progression, and completion of over 750 transactions yearly.

To reach production goals of this nature requires significant artistic abilities.  Nicki designs and produces a multitude of marketing templates used to inform our clients, real estate community, and surrounding neighbors of potential sales opportunities.  As well, she’s instrumental in coordinating the advertising requests of sales agents with our print and on-line partners.

Nicki meets regularly with various marketing vendors to provide our agents with the latest venues and most affordable price structures.
