Work Experience: Licensed since 1987 in California and now, Pennsylvania. Residential real estate specialist, as well as some commercial. Twelve years of print advertising and marketing background in newspaper management is an asset in writing copy.

Favorite Vacation Spot: I'm mad for traveling anywhere in the U.S or the world! Have resided in Pennsylvania, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas and Germany. I could be a perpetual college student, and I love reading.

My best quality or greatest strength: My strengths in the real estate profession are many years of experience and accumulated knowledge.  My closed transactions average close to 100%, and most of my business comes from referrals. My clients can count on me to be honest, diligent and very attentive to their real estate needs.

What is your favorite technology device? My Palm Tungsten PDA, phone and computers are at the top of the list to keep up with a large volume of transactions.

A little known fact: In order to serve an increasingly diverse population, I devoted time to learning Spanish, and am still improving my vocabulary and use of verb tenses!

What I do when I'm not selling real estate: In addition to a busy work life, I am privileged to serve as secretary of the Board of Trustees of a charter school and Vice President of a non-profit organization that serves minority groups with education, housing, daycare, mental health counseling and other services.

Family Time: My husband and I are both Realtors® with a college age son at home and a daughter at San Diego State, as well as two dogs and two cats that we adore!
