Work Experience: I have been a Realtor in the Lehigh Valley for 22 years, I moved here over 35 years ago from my hometown of Pottsville, PA. I am a graduate of Penn State University where I received a degree in Social Welfare. In my career as a Real Estate agent it has always been my passion to ensure that all my clients receive the best and most effective assistance I can give. I feel that my degree allows me to cut across social boundaries because I strive to treat everyone with honesty, integrity and sincerity.
Family Time: My life revolves around my family; my two children and four grandchildren are such a big part of who I am. In the same fashion, my clients become part of my extended family and I have even helped the children of my past clients find their first home! Helping multi generations within the same family is what service means to me!
What I do when I’m not selling real estate: Comfort food is my way of creating a warm and loving environment for my friends and family. I would like to call myself a gourmet chef, but I’ll settle for fantastic soup cook! Any given day you will find a big pot of homemade soup simmering on my stove. I love to shop at local Farmer’s Markets to use the fresh, healthy ingredients that are in season. I also deliver Meals on Wheels, where I have been a volunteer for several years.
Hobbies & Interest:
I enjoy playing golf, tennis and reading. My daily
fitness routine includes a 2 mile walk, in one
of Allentown's wonderful parks, especially Trexler
Park which is near my office. I love to be a part
of nature and have many bird feeders in my yard
to encourage wildlife to find refuge in my South
Whitehall neighborhood.
Favorite Vacation Spot: As much as I like to be surrounded by nature, I can truly appreciate the climate of major cities and love to travel the world to experience other cultures. Over the last several years I have had the opportunity to travel to China, Morocco and Italy. Seeing new locations truly inspires me to come home and continue my work with my clients to help them to see the potential in their new home and to inspire them to take a chance with something new and exciting.
A little known fact: I have a weekly gambling habit encouraged by my Mahjong group. Am I good? Well, I’ll never get rich with our $5.00 pot!
