Work Experience:  As a lifelong resident of the Lehigh Valley, I have experienced so many changes in my decades as a Real Estate Agent.  >From the time when all the listings were printed in books and only a few Brokers were privy to the listings to the present where everyone can view homes from the convenience of their own computer.  Some aspects of Buying or Selling a home has changed so dramatically, while other parts, like the joy of helping a young family find their first home or working with friends looking for a retirement nest, stay comforting the same.  I truly enjoy the business of Real Estate.  While the real estate market has been so strong for the last few years, many novice agents emerged, but by building a solid reputation, I have been able remain a productive agent for over 30 years. 

Education: From the rural Upper Milford School House where I attended elementary school to my time as the President of the East Penn School Board, I have enjoyed all my interactions with the East Penn School District.  As a boy in High School, my home on Shimerville Hill was off the beaten path and made playing sports less accessible, but neither my walk to school nor my lack of height, could keep me from playing sports.  I am proud to call myself a catcher, football player and wrestler.  The boys that were my teammates grew to be outstanding citizens of this community and I am proud to call them my friends today.  We still get together with our coaches twice a year to reminisce at the Paddock Restaurant in South Whitehall Township.  After 50 years, we still are able to catch up as friends and recall the glory days!

Hobbies:  Living in the country, it has always been my pleasure to get out and enjoy nature.  Several years ago I discovered the thrill of road cycling.  I typically get my bicycle on the road before 6AM and usually ride my favorite 20 mile circuit through Zionsville out to Siesoltzville and beyond.  These early morning rides are my time to take in the birds, watch the deer and even get glimpses of turtles and turkeys.  Not only do I get a great whole body workout, but I really enjoy the experience.

Favorite Sports and Teams:  I am a sports fan; Baseball, Football, Hockey, Basketball, I love watching the games.  I am a season ticket holder for the Phillies and root for my team through the good, the bad and the ugly.  Year in and year out, 10,000 losses or not, I am a loyal local fan.  We will be there to cheer on our new local ball team the AAA IronPigs (www.ironpigs.com) that are set to debut in the Lehigh Valley Spring 2008.

Favorite Vacation Spot:  Spending a week each summer in Cape May New Jersey with my children and grandsons.

Real Estate Highlights:  Helping East Penn School District purchase 93 acres of land for future expansion.
