Work Experience: Real estate became my second career in 1988.  Previously I worked in Corporate Affairs at Mack Trucks, Inc., where we handled employee and public communications, as well as community relations.  An extremely diverse and challenging area, it required much interaction with people, providing valuable skills for the endeavors of real estate sales.

Why I’m in real estate: I enjoy assisting people in the buying and selling of homes, a very important purchase.  Helping people is something I do well, listening to their wants and needs, sharing my knowledge and experience so they can make the right decision.  I especially enjoy working with relocating buyers -- as a native of the Lehigh Valley I can provide much information about this area beyond real estate.

What I wanted to be when I grew up: A mom!  Although I’ve always had a career, I am a traditionalist who values home and family.  My husband Kent and I have a blended family of five children, their spouses, and 11 grandchildren!  Luckily for us, everyone lives in the Lehigh Valley, so we share many happy times together.

Favorite Vacation Spot: We have been fortunate to travel to many areas of the country and beyond.  My favorite vacations, however, have been to Disney World, Myrtle Beach, and Ocean City, MD.  But no matter where we visit, it’s always a good feeling to return home to the Lehigh Valley!

What do I do when I’m not selling real estate?: Besides spending time with family, I am a church volunteer, enjoy reading (especially at the beach), and seeing a good show anywhere – on Broadway, the State Theater, Muhlenberg College and Parkland High School.
